Sara Evans has been painting on wild and tame turkey and duck feathers, and anything that will stay still long enough to be painted. The mediums used are acrylic and oil. Sara grew up on a rural, dairy farm (milked the cows by hand, rode the cows, horses and even a pig once in a while) so she had a close-up look at tame and wild animals. These elements are often the focus of her art. She enjoys painting with her grandchildren too.
